Background

Kim Hartmann Ed.D. is the CEO of KCH Solutions LLC, a management services consultancy specializing in Strategic Planning, Capacity  Building, and Leading Change.


She holds a Doctor of Education and Master Certification in Learning Design and Technology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University.  Kim is a nationally recognized Nonprofit Lifecycle Institute Master Consultant and Sustained Collaboration Network Technical Assistance Provider and a Certified Public Accountant.  


It is Kim’s unique combination of Fortune 50 and not-for-profit management consulting, financial management expertise and hands-on corporate leadership experiences that provide her clients tier-one thought leadership and practical solutions.

Kim enables leadership teams and organizations to achieve their next level of sustainable organizational excellence through a people, process and purpose approach to solution-finding leveraging her unique skills in Strategic Planning, Capacity Building, Leading Change and Financial Management.

As an Audit & Consulting Partner with Arthur Andersen, Kim provided financial expertise, business transformation, change management and business process outsourcing solutions to clients such as:

Kim was one of three partners who started a new practice within Arthur Andersen to deliver financial and accounting Business Process Outsourcing to clients.  


The local Arizona practice grew to over 400 team members, the largest outsourcing business unit within Arthur Andersen Worldwide.   Their methodology and best practices were adopted by each outsourcing practice within Andersen globally.


PEROT SYSTEMS

Vice President, Strategy & Business Planning


Perot Systems, as a leading global technology company, had a desire to build a high-growth business services organization. 


Over a five-year period, Kim was responsible for the business development and post-merger integration of over 8,500 global Business Process Services team members, supporting one of the highest growth organizations within Perot Systems.

DELL

Executive Director, Strategy & Operations


The high growth continued with the acquisition of Perot Systems by Dell.


As the Business Service leadership team member responsible for Strategy & Operations, Kim continued her unique style of a "people, process and technology" change management approach to successfully continue the integration of two global technology services organization teams across North America, Europe, Middle East, North Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America regions,  resulting in one of the highest growth units in the Dell organization.

 Kim is a proud Trojan-Sundevil.  


She holds her Doctorate of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership and Master Certification in Learning Design and Technology from the University of Southern California and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University. 


Kim is a Master Consultant with the Nonprofit Lifecycle Institutes and nationally recognized Technical Advisor with the Sustained Collaboration Network.  Kim is also a Certified Public Accountant.


She currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband of 30 years, rescue dog, and two successfully career-launched children


Kim enjoys traveling, hiking, yoga, golfing, entertaining, and stretching boundaries as often as possible.
