The Arizona Humane Society is preparing for an important capital campaign to support the expansion of their mission with a new state-of-art facility.
To achieve this goal, AHS needed to develop a five-year business plan, financial forecast and an operational improvement plan to support their case statement program and financial goals.
Kim worked with the Arizona Humane Society leadership team, including the Medical, Vet Clinic, Adoption, Field and Thrift Store business unit Directors, to develop growth-based five year pre and post new facility forecasted financial models, operational improvement plans and success metrics to measure progress.
This business planning process included capacity building self-assessments, deep financial analysis, program scenario planning and a market SWOT analysis.
AHS is now positioned to launch their largest mission-expanding capital campaign to date with a compeling business case and roadmap to ensure improved financial and program growth and sustainability.
"We recently worked in partnership with Kim Hartmann, who exceptionally guided the development of several core business plans with several key leaders.
Kim navigated us through every step of the process, making an already challenging undertaking be a rewarding and valuable experience.
The business plans proved to be critical assets to ensure a solid roadmap to ensure our organization’s future success and would not have been achievable without Kim’s incredible expertise and leadership."
