The Challenge
Live & Learn is not-for-profit serving Arizona women entering or re-entering the job market with the goal of self-sustaining level of income careers in the shortest amount of time.
Live & Learn was a young start-up organization headed straight into high-growth. The challenge was preparing the organization to sustain its own success and continue to grow and thrive.
The Process
Kim worked with the Live & Learn leadership and its founding and funding partners to develop a five year strategic plan with the goal of becoming its own 501c3.
The Result
In less than three years from inception, Live & Learn became its own successful, financially viable 501c3 organization governed with its own Board of Directors partnering with over 40 community organizations and serving hundreds of women in Arizona.
